We have heard and understand the concern that some in the community have expressed regarding maintenance of certain portions of the land it did not own, however, until the court case was settled, and the Association knew of the outcome, the maintenance of these parcels continued to ensure the areas were accessible and maintained in good condition for the use and enjoyment of the owners. With the settlement now complete on behalf of the Association, the maintenance of these areas has ceased, and Sundown Ventures is solely responsible for maintaining the property. Essex Association Management will be closed Monday, July 3rd and Tuesday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day. All web submissions, e-mails, and phone calls will be returned in the order they are received beginning Wednesday, July 5th. In the case of an emergency, please dial 911.
