    We hope everyone had a great Summer, and enjoyed the pool season as much as we have. With the season coming to an end, and school starting back up, the pool hours will be moving to weekend hours. Starting September after Labor Day, the pool will be available during weekend hours only. Let’s make the most of what is left and enjoy the poolside. We hope to see all of you next Summer!

In an effort to make the ACC Process easier, you will now be able to submit your form via the portal on your homeowner website. If you need it done right away, there is an option to expedite your request for a fee. If you have questions please email acc@essexhoa.com. When do I need to submit an ACC? If you’re repairing, replacing, changing, removing or adding something to your Lot or the Exterior of your home. Did you know that per your governing documents almost everything, even if it’s not permanent, needs HOA ACC Approval? NO MORE PRINTING AND SUBMITTING PAPER FORMS! Just follow the link on the home page to submit your ACC and upload the supporting documentation.

  • Temporary Change in Water Treatment Process

    North Texas Municipal Water District “Chlorine Maintenance”, which this year will be called “Temporary Change in Disinfectant”. Attached to this email are 3 PDF’s (JPEG of infographic as well) that are great resources for your customers. The first is a four-page fact sheet that covers a myriad of topics about the month-long disinfectant change, from why it’s needed, to tips on how to reduce odor/taste in water. It also includes some FAQ’s that are based off the calls and questions we received most last year. The second, is an image of the 28-day cycle to help those that would rather “see” the process and what is actually changed during the month. The third is a timeline about the process through March on what will be going on.

  • Community Improvements to Get Underway Beginning 01/21/2019

    The Kaufman County Freshwater Supply District (KCFSD) No. 1-C has contracted with a construction company to begin pavement repairs as 01/21/19 and continue through 03/01/2019. Work crews and heavy equipment is expected to be present in the area during the repairs. Alternate routes should be considered whenever possible.
