  • Windmill Farms Mosquito Fogging Project

    As you know we have received a considerable amount of rain over the past two months which has caused standing water in many areas throughout the Dallas and Fort Worth areas. As a precautionary measure, the Board of Directors has decided to have the Windmill Farms community fogged for mosquitoes. The Board feels that taking this step will be of great benefit for the health and safety of its residents and appreciates your cooperation during the fogging process. The first fogging will take place on Monday, June 22nd, weather permitting.

  • City of Forney will be Spraying for Mosquitos

    Spraying will take place June 22nd, July 6th and 20th in the late evening/early morning hours that are in line with the City of Forney’s spraying schedule. The spraying will be done in the common areas and around all water ways/ponds.

    Windmill Residents, We here at Essex are deeply saddened to learn that a well loved and respected member of the Windmill Farms community is recently deceased. As a neighborhood community we are made up of many families living and growing together as a community and this loss has impacted us all. Therefore, out of respect to the family that has suffered this tragic loss your Board of Directors and Essex Association Management has decided to postpone the Annual Meeting scheduled for Thursday, May 21st. A notice with information regarding the new meeting date and time will follow in the near future. Thank you for your understanding as we endeavor to show our respect during this time of loss.
